Professional Postpartum Support Services Include…

• Prenatal Visit-- A time to plan for your anticipated needs, meet your family, become oriented to your household
• Newborn Care-- I will assist you and your partner in taking care of your newborn (bathing, feeding, changing clothes/ diapers, burping, soothing, swaddling)
• Mother Care-- I will assist you with breastfeeding positions and techniques, relaxation techniques, postpartum exercises, provide encouragement in your transition to motherhood, refer you to community resources (mothers' groups, lactation consultant if necessary)
• Household Care-- I will provide light housework including laundry, meal preparation, straightening rooms, vacuuming, dusting
• Sibling Care-- I will help care for your other little ones (feeding, playing, naptime, changing diapers/ clothes)
• Errands
