Every family's needs are different. Whether you're planning ahead or need support now, Morning Light Postpartum offers flexible options to meet you where you are.


What a visit looks like: I come to your home, from there we'll check in on everyone, baby, mom, and partner. We'll talk about feeding, sleep, and how everyone is really doing. Together we'll figure out what your family needs most that day. Whether that's someone to care for the baby while you sleep, a meal, a tidy kitchen, laundry, a listening ear, or guidance on newborn care, you’re in good hands.

Visits are typically 3-5 hours.

Services and Pricing

Morning Light Postpartum offers daytime support only. Overnight visits are not available at this time.

Packages

All packages are strongly encouraged to be used within 12 weeks postpartum

  • 20 Hours — $900

  • 40 Hours — $1,800

  • 60 Hours — $2,700

Unused hours do not roll over or carry a refund. Scheduling beyond 12 weeks postpartum is subject to availability.

Drop In Support (no commitment) Need help without a package? Drop in support is available with a 3 hour minimum — $50/hour

Community Care Support I reserve two community care spots each year for families who may not otherwise be able to access postpartum care. Get in touch to inquire.
